How to set up a rebounder
- Lay the folded frame flat and unfold it so that it is now half a frame.- Place your foot on the bar located on the ground just in front of you, then raise the upper bar and push it forward to open the frame.It may offer some resistance due to the tension of the net. You may have to lightly force it open.- Once the frame is open, just position the feet according to the user guide to achieve the desired angle.
